Why I’m Selling my Ideas!

I’m a Creative Entrepreneur.

What this means is that I have always had a passion for the great ideas and I love creating businesses. Having started life as a designer, working my way through direct marketing agencies as an Art Director, founding one of the first email marketing agencies in the UK and eventually achieving my dream of owning an Agency of my own you can imagine being a Creative and an Entrepreneur has its dilemmas.

The main dilemma being focus. I’ve been running my Agency, Cowan Group, long enough now to recognise, thanks in part to my long term fellow Director, that the focus needs to be on the Agency business. Within this I get to continue to explore my creative side on our clients strategies and campaigns, but I never really get to go outside of this box into new and unexplored worlds of business possibility.

I can’t switch off my love for new business ideas, hence a by-product of the Agency focus is that I have a whole load of great business ideas and no where for them to go. As such I recognise that these ideas can either sit in the back of my note books, or I could put them up for ‘sale’ and perhaps some of them will actually see the light of day with the right guidance and the right person to take them on and deliver them.

Because of the way I have set-up and run my Agency we are very well placed to offer “Sweat Equity” (feels such a dirty term that) to the right Business leader/Entrepreneur who wants to take on ideas. This means we can offer you office space, desks, computers, phones, internet, advice, access to our agency team to help you deliver the business and get it up and running.

My ideas presented in this website are to open up conversations between those interested in  starting an exciting business and perhaps don’t know the direction in which to go.
