Sugar & Stir

17 May

We’ve all been there. You buy your coffee and you go over to add your sugar. You rip open the sugar sachets (one has never got a proper portion in) and you reach for the spoon, wooden stick, knife, already used fork – you know what I mean – to stir…

Now if the fact that this doesn’t strike you as particularly unhygienic, what about both the economic factors of buying these items separately for the business, especially when after one stir they are used up and binned, leading me onto my other factor – the environment. I hate using a wooden stick once and binning it after a quick stir, don’t talk to me about when there are no sticks and you have only plastic cutlery to use! so what can we do to change things? You can check out initiatives like this, http://plasticpollutioncoalition.org/, run by an Agency I met a couple of years back in Montreal, or take up this new business product idea...

I just need someone to take it on, get them produced (that’s easy with our help) and sell it into restaurants, coffee shops, McD’s…
