Now if the fact that this doesn’t strike you as particularly unhygienic, what about both the economic factors of buying these items separately for the business, especially when after one stir they are used up and binned, leading me onto my other factor – the environment. I hate using a wooden stick once and binning it after a quick stir, don’t talk to me about when there are no sticks and you have only plastic cutlery to use! so what can we do to change things? I just need someone to take it on, get them produced (that’s easy with our help) and sell it into restaurants, coffee shops, McD’s…
